Block Booking MUST be fully paid and scheduled prior the 1st session.
Payment MUST be made prior to each session by cash or cheque payable to "Flagship Driving School Ltd." Credit Card
payment must be made using PayPal from our contact us page before 8pm the day before each session. If the payment is
not ready prior the session, time to get to the bank or fill the cheque is subtracted on the session duration.
Each session includes the time to complete the payment, practical training time, and driving to and from the ICBC office if
designed for a Road Test; 5 additional minutes after each session can be allocated for any question or concerns.
24 hours notice must be given to cancel an appointment (All cancellations must be by either by phone or email and be
confirmed upon receipt by Flagship Driving School). Late cancelation or rescheduling within a 24 hour period will involve a
rescheduling fee of $20.
For canceling a road test appointment made by Flagship Driving School, we require 72 hours notice in order to notify ICBC.
Failure to give Flagship Driving School sufficient notice may result in the student having to pay a $25 Road Test
Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
If student has prepaid using block booking discount and wishes to terminate the agreement, each individual session which
has already taken place will be charged at $70 each.
There will be no refund for driving or road test sessions which have taken place. An additional road test session will be free
if necessary with any driver which take a block booking discount of 12 or 15 sessions.
Students must provide a valid BC Learners Drivers Licence, including foreign drivers’ licence before the first lesson.
Students must carry their licence at all times during training.
Please note we do one on one training only.
Please arrive with some comfortable footwear, sunglasses if sunny, and more importantly your valid driving licence.
We will not give any information submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law
enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any
other parties.
Your personal information is collected through our contact forms and feedback forms only. This website currently has no
applications or programs that gather information from your computer without your consent. Users are required to give us
