Mandatory initial driving assessment – this mock test allows us to immediately tailor the most
efficient course outline for each student.
Only the trainee and the instructor will be in our vehicle (automatic transmission).
All fees are as illustrated on our detailed price list. Payment MUST be made prior to each
session by cash or cheque payable to "Flagship Driving School Ltd.". Block Booking MUST be
fully paid and scheduled prior the 1st session following the initial assessment.
Credit Card payment must be made using PayPal from our price page before 8pm the day
before each booking.
The duration of each session includes the time to complete the payment, practical training
time, and driving to and from the ICBC office if designed for a Road Test.
24 hours notice must be given to cancel an appointment (either by phone or email and be
confirmed upon receipt). Late cancellation or rescheduling within a 24 hours period will
involve a fee of $25 for each session. Late cancellation or rescheduling within a 2 hours
period will involve a fee of $60 for each session.
For canceling a road test appointment made by Flagship Driving School, we require 72 hours
notice in order to notify ICBC. Failure to give Flagship Driving School sufficient notice may
result in the student having to pay a $25 Road Test Cancellation Fee to ICBC.
There will be no refund for driving or road test sessions which have taken place. If student
has prepaid using block booking discount and wishes to terminate the agreement, each given
session will be charged individually.
We will not give any information submitted on our site to any third parties except in
compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency.
Free local pickup/drop-off in Vancouver “west of Cambie St.” Each pick up/drop off in
Burnaby, Coquitlam, North Vancouver & Vancouver “east of Cambie St.” will require an
additional $50.
Flagship Driving School Ltd. and their instructors are fully licensed by the Insurance
Corporations of British Columbia.
We cannot be held responsible for any items left or missing in the vehicle.
Arrive with some comfortable footwear, sunglasses if needed, and more importantly your
valid driving licence.
